AMANDA! Not only did she help with an issue with my bag,she also returned our hotel room key, while we were next door!!! She was kind and gave optimal customer service!
It’s a cute little gift shop, however the worker today was not interested in customer service. They close at 6, even though the street is still alive and he was dead serious. IF I would have had time to go somewhere else I wouldn’t have bought anything, my mom spent $93 and I spent $75, I asked if they had a shirt in a certain size and he said it’s only in small. If he is the owner he has a bad business model. If he isn’t, I’d ask the owner educate him on customer service and the fact that our economy isn’t what it is so if people are there to spend money don’t be rude.
Store have a lot of neat stuff, however it's a little bit small and you can't freely move around. Plus the employees they keep following you around which doesn't allow you to enjoy. I felt pressured to leave the store.
I love it definitely off the rip from my perspective. You can feel the great vibe . The service was great . Merch was great and quality . We went to visit with family and friends . Definitely worth it .
The staff is great, very helpful, and attentive. Great deals and variety of options. The store is super clean very vibrant and organized. It’s a very friendly environment and felt very welcome when I came. And great music taste. 10/10 experience definitely would be coming back. Recommend for everyone. 🥰
