I brought my wedding ring to be repaired, and the team here went above and beyond. It looks just like new, the work was done well and fast, and the pricing is very reasonable. Very much recommend!
I brought in my garnet bracelet to be restrung, and Little Relics did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship is flawless — the bracelet feels solid, well-balanced, and beautifully finished. The 49-strand beading wire, lobster clasp, and crimp covers were done with precision and care, giving it that perfect combination of strength and elegance. The garnets look richer and more vibrant now, and I can tell this piece is built to last a lifetime. Katy is INCREDIBLE! I called inquiring about a custom made faux nose ring. She invited me to come in the next day to work on sizing, but when I got there, she already had two options made! Both were great, but one was perfect! She was completely ready to redo them though in case they weren’t what I wanted. Can’t recommend Katy or Little Relics more! Thank you!
I had my favorite pair of earrings repaired on the spot after taking them to another jeweler who said they could not repair them. I am very happy to be able to wear them again. The bigger job was to turn an antique ring with huge sentimental value into a necklace. I was very nervous about it but Susan sketched out a diagram and provided a demo of the way the hooks could be applied to the chain to blend in seamlessly. She also provided guidance on what kind of chain would and would not work for the job. I asked a lot of other questions and felt confident having her do the work. I just picked the piece up and could not be more pleased. Rates were reasonable and service was wonderful. I have some other pieces in for repair and customization and know they will be done to my satisfaction. Thank you Susan and Team!
Little Relics was quick, professional, and did great repairs on the two necklaces I brought in! One necklace needed a replacement clasp, and they were able to do this during my repair consult. The other necklace was on a very dainty chain that broke, and I was worried it couldn't be repaired. They not only fixed it within a week, but the repair was so delicate that it blended right in with the piece. I wasn't sure what to expect when I brought my jewelry in, since the pieces were both pretty cheap. But in the end I was impressed with the price, speed, and quality of both repairs. I will definitely come back with more of my busted jewelry!
