I was looking for a new office chair as I work from home and spend extensive periods of time seated. I needed an ergonomic chair suited to my needs. Todd listened to my requirements and showed me a range of chairs explaining each of their attributes with my requirements in mind which really helped in my decision. After placing the order Anne was great at organising and communicating the delivery requirements for pick up at their warehouse. Overall a seamless experience with great staff. I'm also exceptionally happy with my Embody chair. Well done. :)
I recently bought the Elysee shelving unit. The customer service was fantastic from the minute I entered the store the sales assistant approached me and was very helpful. I order a Herman Miller chair a couple of weeks ago (end of November) and unfortunately when I received the delivery I knew something had gone wrong. The box came all broken, teared and the worst, the chair came with lose part and one of the had broken pieces. I have tried to contact service centre multiple times, via chat, email and phone and they still give me the same response, that they are missing evidence photos from me, reply email to them to organise a replacement - this last one I never, and until now they still haven't get in contact with me about my claim. It is clearly a business I can't trust anymore feels that any communication with them is fake and misleading.
Bought my Herman Miller office chair at Living Edge several years ago and had a wonderful experience. A year later I had a hole that developed in my chair. Living Edge came to my home, replaced the entire part, and were gone in 10-15 minutes tops. Great service. Definitely coming back! Thanks again! UPDATE: I visited Living Edge today with my mother and had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing several pieces of furniture. Nick went above and beyond helping us pick out some pieces that were perfect for my home. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and exciting. Can’t wait to come back in the future.
