They got me in fairly quickly to have my oil changed. I appreciated the service and the no hassle trying to make you do more work than is necessary! They did provide any issues that you may want to consider concerning your vehicle on the receipt. Much appreciated! Employees were friendly and helpful.
The service from the staff was excellent at all times. The ease of booking an appointment online is fantastic. They kept me informed about the progress and findings while inspecting my car. The information sent via text message and the links to view photos and descriptions are phenomenal, and the way to authorize the work makes thinks much easier. Regarding the repair cost seemed a bit high to me (reason of 4 stars) for replacing a radiator hose and a quick heater hose connector, but since I really need the repair, I talk to them about it and they helped me offering a great finance option that helped a lot to get the repair done. So far it seems they did a great job with the repairs and I trust that it is so, since they claim to be FORD experts. Also it is great to have a 2 years or 25,000 miles warranty. So far, I recommend them.
L & M Auto is honest and reasonable ably priced. They have been completely honest and upfront about what my car needs and the price. They make suggestions of what might need fixed and give you a timeliness of how long the fix can wait. I recommend this place to everyone.
I’d taken my vehicle to 2 other shops that charged me and didn’t fix the issue. L&M finally diagnosed and fixed the issue. The were timely and courteous, very professional and kind. And a pretty reasonable price considering I was already in 800 bucks on other shops that did not fix the issue. Was done in 2 days. Wonderful communication and the wonderful guy at the desk managed to find a coupon to apply for me. All in all, I would highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs. Taking my other son’s car there shortly for some work.
First visit to L&M, and they did an excellent job to fix my Jeeps issues getting me in and out in one day as it’s my only transportation. Pricing was fair, and they found and fixed another issue while it was there. Will definitely be back when car trouble rears its ugly head again, and we all know it will. Good to have a place I can trust. Thanks L&M!
