My feedback is solely for the Ball Blast experience. It was fun but incredibly overpriced for what it is. There are several options for gameplay but you have to ask the person at reception to change it for you each time you want to try a new game, which is awkward and if they happen to be serving a customer you must wait, which eats into your time. The ball blast area is just a small room in the lobby that offers no privacy. Ideal for a kids birthday party but not so much if you’re on a date. My husband and I went on a Saturday night so there were several people waiting to pick up their kids from a birthday party and they all watched us - it was kind of awkward. I would suggest longer times between bookings. We had a 5pm booking and you’re told to be there early for instruction so you can start right at 5 but we weren’t even called into the room until 5:05 and still had to get instructions.

Legitimately had so much fun here. We had lots of fun solving Trudeau Towers (we were so close!). The pricing wasn't too bad, definitely worth it (the price remains at $129 for any number of people, so bring all your friends, though for two people it's $89). The woman on the phone was patient and my booking went smoothly. Will definitely come back for the other two rooms!

A fun experience for all ages. We did CarnEvil and were no where near getting out on time butenjoyed ourselves regardless. Since we were all newbies, I wish they hadn't rushed the explanation about the locks and the intro to the room. Even after asking them to repeat, we couldn't understand since the script was recited SO fast. Since we had as young as 8 years old and as old as 75, it would have been nice to "read the room" and take things slower without rushing us into the room (we were there over 15 min early and the door was locked long before our start time so there was no need to rush us so much).

Took my family there, we had a lot of fun. Love the group pricing but I don't think a group of 10 could work in the room we did. We were 7 and it was a small room. But loved the puzzles, made it with 3 minutes left. Worth the visit.

Took my boys to celebrate their birthdays and dis Trudeau Towers escape room. Loved the "elevator" and extra rooms that open up. We made it out in time. Everyone had a great time!! We also were able to add an extra person without the cost going up as it was a group price instead of individual. Great cost effective way to have a group play together.
