Loft40 is the perfect location for any event. I threw a surprise birthday party for my wife. She and the guests were blown away by how great this space is. It's upscale yet laid back. This first floor is a game room, the second floor is the main space. It's large, open and cozy. There are several areas where people can gather in groups via various configurations of comfy couches and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need: regular size fridge with freezer, a sink and counter space. I had the party catered, and the kitchen was more than adequate for them to prep the food, and there was lots of room in the space for displaying the food. It's just an awesome place. The owner and staff were great. Don't think twice, and look no further, if you're looking for the perfect space for your event .Your guests will be wowed.
I dropped my wife off here for a bridal shower and she said it was the best venue she has ever been to. They had a great time and we are now going to have our baby shower here. Best venue in Cleveland by far!
I always loved Lofts and this one absolutely didn't disappoint!! I would love to go back and visit again and perhaps stay in one someday!
What a great place to host an event with family and friends! Loft 40 is very well equipped and provides a ton of entertainment. I would recommend booking!
We stayed at Loft 40 for a long weekend with our immediate and extended family to celebrate my nieces birthday - it was AMAZING! Each floor was uniquely designed, spacious & provided us with so many opportunities to create lasting memories! Bonus: the indoor/ outdoor space - the back patio was serene with patio string lights, a fire pit, and outdoor seating; they have indoor & outdoor games (including a ping pong table, jumbo connect four, and board games). The decor was top notch, the linens & beds were comfortable and we had everything within the space to make it truly enjoyable with a large group (including lots of small children)!! I highly recommend this stunning home for a girls/guys weekend getaway to a birthday party or baby shower, or even a small wedding - the options are limitless. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed, Cheers!
