I popped into Loft Interiors because I needed a replacement part for my bed, and the experience was honestly fantastic. Ethan helped me out and managed to find the exact same bed I had before. He handled everything smoothly, gave me a clear quote, and once I paid we hit a small snag with delivery, I needed it ASAP and it definitely wasn’t fitting in my car. Ethan went out of his way to sort next-day delivery for me, which I genuinely didn’t expect. It saved me a lot of time and stress, and I’m really grateful for how helpful he was. Huge thanks to Ethan and the delivery team. I’d happily recommend Loft Interiors to anyone!
I had a fantastic experience working with Josh from Loft. He furnished my flat beautifully — his taste is excellent, and the staging was done to a very high standard. Every piece of furniture matched perfectly, and it was clear he took the time to analyse the floor plan to ensure everything fit the space just right. Josh didn’t just drop off furniture; he was hands-on with installation and staging, and even suggested alternative pieces that would better suit the flat — which turned out to be spot on. He was also incredibly responsive and timely throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be working with Josh again — he’s my go-to guy for furniture and staging from now on!
I chose to work with LOFT over other furniture companies because they had the most diverse selection and a very user-friendly website. On top of this, my enquiry was answered by Josh, who understood the aesthetics I was aiming for and suggested a range of items that enhanced my vision. For any out-of-stock items, he provided great alternatives and, upon request, always offered a more affordable option to consider. Once the furniture was sorted, I was pleased to learn that TVs, hoovers, and washer/dryers could also be added to my order. Josh liaised with my management company and had the furniture installed in no time—the result was exactly as he had said: it looked great (especially with the added FOC accessory bundle). The service from LOFT was fantastic, and I’m confident that anything covered under their one-year warranty would be promptly fixed if needed. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended service!
