Our roof was damaged from wind and hail but the insurance was only offering partial replacement, and the Lonestar team helped us navigate that. They were able to negotiate a full replacement and got them to include our fence! These guys are a class act for sure. Excellent response rates, thorough and educated explanations of the insurance processes. Definitely recommend. And you get a cool drone video of your new roof included!

Another roofer helped us file a claim that got denied, I got Wes to come out, he did a thorough inspection, fought on our behalf, and got everything approved — roof, gutters, downspouts, and even a full fence stain, all paid by insurance. They removed the old gutters on Thursday, installed the roof on Friday, and had the entire job finished on Monday. The crew was professional, respectful, and left everything spotless. Wes and Ashley treated us like family and delivered top-quality work with incredible speed.
