Excellent job on our family room carpet!! Richard squeezed us into his already tight schedule. Arrived on time and performed a miracle with our dog-pee stained carpet. Helped us just in time for our houseguest to arrive.
I’ve used LA Carpet Cleaning twice now (once in July and again this December), and both times Richard and the team have been absolutely incredible. They are always personable, patient, and genuinely kind — especially when dealing with the heinous, audacious messes my cat leaves behind. STAY AWAY!!! They messed up all of my moldings and walls. They paid no attention to using corner protectors. This is a brand new house that I haven’t even moved into. Absolutely abysmal.
It’s so hard to clean a white couch and they did it effortlessly. I had a 28 foot couch so it was quite expensive but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend using their services, especially if you have a white couch! 10/10 service!
Richard did an incredible job steam cleaning my couch! With my messy pet, my couch was worn with dirt and a few pet accidents. By the time he was done, it looked and smelled like new. He was also prompt and quick, and I was able to schedule a time that worked within days. For the quality of the work, I also found the price to be fair. I would highly recommend LA Carpet Cleaning, and Richard.
