I’m a senior citizen who has never enjoyed exercise—I’m one of those people who basically only exercises when I’m paying someone to hold me accountable. I only do it because I know it’s necessary for my health, not because I like it. I contacted Jason in August to try to find a personal trainer who would come to my location (my apartment has a decent gym) and train me and a friend 3x per week. I was also looking for nutritional guidance. Jason quickly put me in touch with one of his network of personal trainers, Brad Brisbin, and we had one trial session and hit it off well. Jason provided a nutrition program and weekly follow-up emails. Now to be honest, the nutrition program turned out to be more ambitious than I was ready to commit to, but that’s on me. The physical training however is going really well. Brad is friendly and knows his stuff, is well organized, punctual, & communicates clearly. He challenges us and at the same time he doesn’t push me too hard. I got a DEXA scan before we started and at the 6 month mark I’ve lost 13.2 pounds of fat and gained 4.6 pounds of muscle. So if you’re looking for a personal trainer plus nutrition program, I recommend contacting Jason. And if you need a trainer who will come to you in the LA area, ask him to put you in touch with Brad.
My husband and I worked with Jason in 2008 and had great results. When I needed to increase my fitness for tennis, I knew I wanted to work with Jason again. I signed up for the online program and I was very happy with the outcome. The nutrition program was customized to my goals, he helped me develop a workout schedule that fit into my life and I found the workouts in the app easy to follow. I highly recommend Jason and the online program!

Highly recommend! I recently completed my initial 12-week program, and it’s been a truly wonderful experience. While I’ve mostly been training with his partner Jerry—who is an absolute joy—Jason has been monitoring my nutrition. Both have been incredibly supportive, offering an endless stream of knowledge whenever I have questions or doubts. My goal was to lose 20 pounds but I’ve managed to lose a little over 30 pounds while also becoming more proportional in the process. A word to the wise: The diet Jason provides is tough at first, but your body adapts quickly. Trust the process, and listen to everything Jason says! You’ll absolutely see results if you do.
After doing extensive research, I found Jason to work closely with my tennis student who is an aspiring professional. The results were quick and dramatic. He is now the only guy we would trust when it comes to performing a body transformation. He is honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. We consider him now an integral part of our team. The bottom line is, he’s the best and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to be in charge of this extremely important facet of our training.
