I was looking for a local rental place for my firstborns gender reveal and these people were not helpful at all. The First Gentleman I spoke to provided me a quote that didn’t add up to their prices online and wrote down my information and never sent me an email with the quote so I could show my husband. I called a second time to confirm they got my information right and the Second Gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and interrupted me every time I was trying to say something, at the end of him practically just ignoring what I was asking said he was gonna text me the quote and he never did. Horrible customer service and overpriced for something plain and simple that I wanted. As I try to support businesses of my Latin community, I’m very disappointed with the way they treated me when I was just asking for information for my special day. Won’t recommend their services if this is how they treat people, very unprofessional.
