Manhattan 160cm tv Cabinet Love. Love. Love. I’d been looking for a longtime and then saw this pop up online, to my surprise, I could view it in showroom. Jess completed the sale for me in the fortitude valley showroom which was super quick and easy. Geee, they have some lovely pieces. This arrived in 3-4 days. Quality is amazing. Solid timber. Packaged well for transport and delivered by some friendly guys. Super stoked.
Buying our new lounge was easy at Lounge Lovers. The kids were encouraged to try all the lounges, there were loads of display items and in stock items were abundant. We bought on Saturday afternoon as had our lounge ready to go on Tuesday, 8am. jay and the delivery team were polite, on time and careful of our home, removing all rubbish and leaving behind nothing. Definitely recommend!
Amazing service!! They made it so easy every step of the way. Delivery service was great they have live tracking and let you know which stop you are in the queue so you don’t have to be home all day waiting. Assembly add on was well worth it if you’re in an apartment. The boys were lovely and got it done so quickly! Thank you!
Great sales staff. Not pushy, very patient and clear and easy process for changing your order between order date and scheduled delivery date. Great products at a reasonable price. Delivery is unbelievable. On the delivery date you are given an estimated delivery time and told your number in the queue for your delivery. You can then keep an eye on the van so you can get home just in time to let them in- without having to wait around all day. Amazing. Our table is an extender but it’s so clever you can’t even tell.
From our first purchase to delivery the communication from lounge Lovers Fortitude Valley has been outstanding. Today the covers arrived for our loft mini couch. We originally had cream but really wanted sage. The communication during the delivery today was the best I have ever had with real time updates making waiting a breeze. The deliver guys were great to. Very polite and friendly.
