Beautiful studio space that calms the mind. I have greatly enjoyed dropping into a Vinyasa flow class with Danielle D. She teaches an excellent class and I always leave feeling better. I appreciate her time and thoughtfulness connecting with her students before and after class.
Nicole has built the most amazing community of wonderful humans! I love coming to class with such talented and welcoming instructors. Whether you’re into traditional yoga, aerial, barre or pilates, you’ll find can find it all here. XOXO
I know this place is primarily a yoga studio but they also offer gymnastics for kids. My 5-year-old took the kids’ gymnastics class here and we absolutely loved it. Miss Nicole, the owner, leads the class with so much patience and positive energy. My daughter tends to be shy and very cautious, but after just a few weeks she was trying new physical skills and carrying herself with noticeably more confidence. Nicole is a natural teacher—clear, kind, and confidence-building. Couldn’t recommend this class more!
A fantastic all around family place! My daughter has taken the children’s gymnastics twice now and I am blown away by her abilities at 5yo!! Nicole is amazing with the kids and has such a presence. She provides a safe clean environment for each kid to feel seen and empowers them to be brave!
The most wonderful community I’ve ever experienced! Nicole, the owner, meets you exactly where you are at no matter your age or ability level. The environment is calm, clean and welcoming. Great for absolutely every age with a large variety of classes and events to work with every schedule. I recommend everyone to experience this wonderful place at least once! Worth every penny. :)
