Jazmin cleans my home one a month and she is great. It always looks so great when she is done and feels great too. She is always on time and is personable and and sweet. The company itself is great. It takes a load off of me that she comes.
I just started using this company a few months ago. I am pretty impressed how they run their company for sure, like a well oiled machine. I have always been able to talk to someone about whatever it is, get my questions answered, change dates, etc. CoCo (KoKo) is very likeable! I am pretty picky which is why I always cleaned my own house. But after going back and forth, saying just what I wanted and how I liked things, everything seems to have worked out. It always has worked out, but me being so picky........ All wonderful! We have her come and clean once a month. Works out perfectly for us. She calls me when she's done, which I appreciate. We are very happy with her and the company itself!
I am moving out, and Love My Maids came to clean my house. They did an amazing job, and even though I couldn't be present when they did it, they went above and beyond to ensure my home was secured when they finished. Thank you!
I have been using the Love My Maids service for a few years now. I like how they are very responsive and attentive to my needs. If I have a problem I can contact Wendy and she will get it corrected. As far as the cleaning goes, Selena does a wonderful job every time she's there. I am very happy with service.
I tried to used them a few times- their business model is not desirable….. Only 1 time was I completely satisfied and I asked to keep that young lady in my home- because I knew I was on the edge with them- but she was a great housekeeper and I would have stayed with them…. Anyway we travel and had them come in a do a maintenance cleaning- I asked the young lady to water 1 plant in my house- that’s all I asked for that was extra- Then she stayed all day-as if she was deep cleaning my home- I wonder why so long because we hadn’t been in the home since our last cleaning with them 1 day before we left so I know the house wasn’t in bad condition- long story short she didn’t do a good job when I questioned them- I was told I wasn’t a good fit!!! Seems like the need their staff more than customers - which I get it I guess - you should still hold up a standard…. Attached is a picture of the trash that was still on the floor when we arrived- we had to wash down the mats as well…
