Let me start by saying that this place is amazing, affordable, and educational. Dr Ward and Elsa helped my dog Zoey throughout the process. They both educated me on everything that was wrong with my dog that I just rescued from a horrible situation. They were very sincere and happy that I rescued her. She came back positive on multiple tests that were needed but everything is treatable and both of them made sure not to exceed what is not needed. Let me say that that is very hard to find. Anywhere else this entire process would have cost me three times more than what I paid at this Vet. They have fully gained my trust and I am extremely thankful that I found this place. Took my cat in for a swollen eye didn’t really know the cause .. doctor was very nice and informative .. prescribed my cat some eye drops and gave her some shots. Her eye was looking better that same week Paid about $175 …
I am so grateful to have found this clinic! They were super friendly on the phone, answered all my questions, and got me set up for an appointment ASAP. I came in with a stray and a lot of questions, and they made sure he was healthy and that I understood everything. The wellness check was thorough, and we left prepared to care for him. They were incredible with the dog from start to finish—one of the best experiences I’ve had in San Antonio. Their prices are very reasonable, and they take the time to explain treatments so you can afford and understand them. Truly top-tier care and service!
They have the most affordable exam fee I have found at 45$. They are very attentive and nice at the front desk
We had to put down our 16 1/2 year old dog Dakota because he was having seizures, constantly having stomach issues and he was pretty much blind. He couldn’t go up and down the stairs anymore without slipping and falling and was choking when he would eat. The staff was very nice. The Dr was so very kind and sympathetic towards my daughter and I. Hardest thing I ever had to do. We miss him so much
