They claim it’s $4.95, which is absolute BS. That price is completely misleading. In reality, it ends up costing almost twice what other schools charge, and they never tell you any of this upfront. You get hit with $80 in charges after all the hidden fees. They charge $40 just for the certificate and another $30 in “fees,” and when we called to ask what those fees were even for, no one could give us a straight answer. It feels deceptive and dishonest from start to finish.

LOL total scam company. they claim it will be like $14.95 then AFTER YOU PAY your receipt shows and additional $29.95 processing fee! THEN.... after you complete the course if you want it to actually get into the right hands that will cost you an additional $49.95. LOL God Bless America.

First off, I'll say they will give you the school course, testing and the certificate on completion. Second, this company is a SCAM! The web sight is designed to flees the most money as possible out of you with a lot re-directs and if you don't pay attention you will over pay, a lot. Then opon completion, your billed $40 again to get certification auto emailed to you!?! You can always pay nothing and get it snail mailed to you but I wouldn't trust it after declining there greed. They also try to get you to pay for expedited delivery to the cleark of court which of course, if you didn't pay for in the first place is a scam. You can also pay for text notification to say it was sent (which you didn't pay for it to be sent). Use at your own risk and pay attention to what you order. I did and still had to pay $40 for an automated email of certification. This should be illegal.

Definitely, this company is far from being the “lowest.” Please be very careful once you complete your course. Do not click or pay for any additional services. It’s better to simply pass the exam, wait for your completion certificate to arrive, and personally take it to your county clerk’s office. They claim the certificate is sent quickly to the DMV, and that the DMV will forward it to the county, but after four months I received a notice saying my driver’s license and plate would be suspended. I ended up taking my certificate directly to the county myself. Again, DO NOT PAY ANY EXTRA FEES. Wait for your certificate to arrive and take it to your nearest county clerk’s office yourself.

I know that being warned by a police officer is not easy. Paying a ticket because it is your duty is also not easy. But attending a school that misleads you with its pricing is simply unfair. There is nothing “lowest price” about it. At first, the $5.94 seems very appealing. However, you must read VERY carefully… Fee after fee after fee. And beware—if you want your certificate sent by email, that’s yet another fee. The number of fees they charge is truly unreasonable. There are other schools that offer a flat rate instead. This has been the most expensive 4-hour online course… DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
