My daughter is taking the modern dance class for teens, and we love it. The instructor is wonderful, very talented. The owner is also so kind and welcoming. The environment is warm and positive. We’re very happy with our experience!

This studio is incredible! Luciana is building her daytime mommy and me class and we got a private lesson! (First class free too!) Her staff is diverse with many people of color as instructors (the draw for me!), and Luciana herself is incredible. She has a play area and reading area, coffee cart, small boutique, exercise bikes at the viewing window for classes, all the props (also diverse in skin color and cultural styles), 30 years of experience with and love of young children, body positive signage at every turn (happy girls are beautiful girls) and my 2yo just loved it and her. She takes all ages and has a variety of lessons but I recommend joining us on Wednesdays at 9:45 if you are home with your kids that day! Mommy and me is ages 1-3 and preschool is 3-5.

Our daughter has been coming to Lua for four years. She has changed other interests and activities as she gets older but she keeps coming back to Lua. Not only are the classes fun and engaging but the environment is warm, welcoming and supportive. As a parent it’s great to see your child’s confidence and self esteem grow as they age, not lessen. This year I even have an opportunity to take part in a parent-child dance at her recital. That’s something I know we will never forget. I highly recommend this studio and its instructors.
