I came to visit the boxing club during a work trip and Miz B along with the rest of the staff and club members were extremely welcoming! Even though I was from out of town, they still welcomed me as a guest and allowed me to join their class and lent me equipment to borrow. It was a fun and challenging workout that pushed me to my limits and helped me improve my technique. If I’m ever in the area again, I would love to stop by in the future. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Amazing place to train and learn boxing the "right way". My daughter Jasmine went for 7 yrs before stepping away to focus on other life adventures. Miz B is an amazing coach and a amazing person. She taught my daughter how to box but more importantly taught her life lessons and we will forever be greatful. Much love and respect for this boxing club and the staff!!!

Great place to learn boxing. I was leaving town when I tried their two day trial class, the price included beginner boxing gear. I attended two beginner classes as I have no background in boxing. The classes incorporated numerous types of drills to master the basics, I'm still doing theses drills weeks later. You also gets short one-on-one time with the coach during each drill to make sure you are getting the drill. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they took time after class to answer my questions. It's a cool looking gym, inspires me to continue boxing. It's also very clean, and they stress cleaning your gear after class! As someone who trains in BJJ and is used to rolling in other peoples sweat and hair balls, it's nice to see such a clean gym!! If I'm in town again I will definitely go back!

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. Not only are the coaches extremely respectful and tough. The training is no joke. Great place for any skill level of boxer. I learned something new every class attended, if you are thinking about boxing- I highly recommend checking this place out!
