Had a great time here with a large walk-in party on a Friday night. Helpful accommodating service at every area of the experience from front desk to the food/drinks and lane service, genuinely great live dj, and a fun atmosphere all around. There was a malfunction with our lanes at one point, but it was toward the end of our experience so we didn't mind much and the management stepped in immediately to apologize and took care of us by not charging both lanes, and with some arcade perks for the inconvenience.
Lucky Strike Miami is such a pleasant environment! Today, we celebrated a birthday at their facility and had an amazing time. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority. Also, our interactions with the staff, especially Shaun, truly made our day. He was super sweet and helped up when the arcade games weren’t working. He made us laugh and elevated our experience in a way that we will never forget. Thank you, Shaun.
I had an excellent experience at this bowling alley, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Matteo. They were attentive, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure our group was comfortable and well taken care of. Even with the place being busy, they kept everything running smoothly with a positive attitude that made the night even more enjoyable. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, and the little check-ins along the way really stood out. Matteo truly elevated the whole experience, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone visiting. He made the birthday celebration even more memorable!
Stepping into Lucky Strike instantly felt like entering a world of fun, style, and spotless perfection. The space was pristine, the atmosphere stunning, and the energy absolutely contagious—you can’t help but have a great time here. The staff here deserves a standing ovation. Javona was the kind and welcoming cashier, with Makiyah right by her side, assisting and showcasing great teamwork. Nancy, the magnificent manager on duty, ran the show seamlessly. Brittany, our amazing waitress, gave spot-on suggestions for what to order—everything was perfect. Nia was so kind when we returned our shoes, and Stephanie guided us with ease to the drink area. Q was wonderfully sociable, adding to the fun and welcoming vibe, while Adam kept the entire area spick-and-span, making the place look flawless. Everywhere I turned, I was met with friendly faces and genuine hospitality. If I could have gotten every single staff member’s name, I would have sung their praises too. Let me tell you—ANYONE who gets the opportunity to go to Lucky Strike will understand exactly why it’s called Lucky Strike. I feel lucky to have experienced such a phenomenal place. Bravo to the entire team—you’ve set the bar sky high!
Grace, that is the regional manager in Sarasota gave my daughter free hours for her graduation and told us to visit while in Miami. The food was wonderful and we had no issues with getting lanes. We had wings and hummus for an appetizer. We have our own balls and shoes so carrying them through the parking garage around a building was a pain. There's a parking lot in Sarasota.
