I booked a lane on a Saturday morning for later in the day at 1pm for my 9 year old son and I. We arrived and bowled and the experience was what you would expect. The server was attentive, bowling was good, and the food was fine. What really really set things over the top was toward the end of our 2 hour bowling time Angel, one of the managers, came to our lane with 2 complimentary cookies as well as a thank you card that included a $5 gift certificate for next time as well as 2 arcade cards for some free play after we bowled just for booking a res and bowling and hanging out. In a world where anywhere you go you are treated as a dollar sign and a number and not a human and a customer this is something I was truly impressed by. I would recommend this place over and over to anyone who would listen. There is something to be said about going completely over the top and this was it.
This was an amazing thing to do with the kiddos. We just left and we had so much fun and we even won a gift card! The ONLY complaint I have is the prices. Today we got to play with the arcade games for free with a 10 dollar card but the games are so much, you only get 3 games in. We bowled for free too but only one game and couldnt pay for more until after the event. The food was good but expensive. But yeah if you have the money, this is the best place ive ever bowled at
We attended the family fun fest today. Had a great time & plan on returning! Thanks so much Ben, you're the best! He was able to assist me with a gift card issue when I thought I was S.O.L..🤦🏽♀️😂😂. I'm cheap, so the event menu was right up my alley & included an arcade card, .. this event was better than I expected! Smooth from beginning to end! Good job y'all!!
Let me just say if you want a place to go to for parties or those random moments with friends or families this is the place!!!! The GM who actually comes up to people and announces who he is, is already outstanding and it's NOT a GM that hides in a office until you ask for a manager. Upon coming in to the location it's clean and tidy and constantly maintained. The staff welcome you in ( even when there's a rush they still try). They always inform me about the consistent deals they have to make your visit cheaper with all the deals. They always somehow manage me to get more than what I plan which isnt a bad thing. There's just a lot of amazing things to this place to expierence, like the fresh food made daily and not frozen to the awesome arcade with so many unique games I haven't seen, to the awesome prize vault ( this isnt no skate city prize counter, they have Legos... real brand to autographed posters and jerseys to other cool tiny nick nacks) to even the bowling it's self which is a blast. The vibe is really for people who want to have fun and just hang. All in all, this place is worth checking out and becoming a regular, know the staff and just to enjoy. You’ve found the best and only place to bowl! We’re Yes And Dog Training, a family-owned Service Dog training company, and we just hosted another one of our events here—and it was amazing! Tessa, the senior sales representative, was phenomenal. She made everything so easy, and when we arrived, it was all perfectly set up. The staff went above and beyond, constantly checking in to make sure we and the dogs had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, and the refills never stopped! Our clients had a blast, and the dogs got to learn in such a fun, welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a place to train your Service Dog in a real-world setting, this is hands down the BEST place to do it! Huge thanks to Tessa and the entire StrikeLand Southlands team—you helped make the night unforgettable!
