Lucky Tail is so awesome! I remember when I first heard about them, I had met Rio through FB marketplace because he was getting something from me, and he briefly mentioned dog grooming, but not the shop name. I don't remember how I came across the shop, but a couple weeks later, I found it and was pleased to see they offered daycare. And since it's a smaller shop (my dog is a bit anxious in bigger settings), i brought Butters to them to do the daycare introduction (I needed a second option if my usual home-sitter was unavailable). Although I only take Butters for daycare 1-2 times a month, the staff is always very welcoming each time. The team at Lucky Tail is very professional and friendly and they always make me feel confident that they know what they are doing. I told them my dog sometimes gets anxious around other dogs because he doesn't know what to do. Based on the Instagram posts and the feedback I get, it seems that my dog felt comfortable there and he never tries to pull away when we walk to the shop entrance. Whenever I see the videos of Butters and the other dogs walking, I'm always amazed at how well behaved he is. I also take Butters every few months to get groomed and he always comes back super soft, detangled and very cleaned up! I'm never taking him to Petsmart again. My dog has also gone on the "farm field trip" and a couple hikes with the team. When he comes home, he is passed out! I'm very pleased to hear they are opening up a second location that will also offer hoteling services and more daycare activities, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. We moved recently and found out that our next door neighbour also takes their dog to Lucky Tail for daycare fairly often, so it's likely that their dog and Butters have crossed paths. We plan on having them go on a field trip or hike with Lucky Tail together when the weather gets warmer.

My dog absolutely loves her haircut, and the staff are amazing so kind and friendly. I’ve tried other pet salons before, but I always come back to Lucky Tail because they do such a great job with my little dog. She’s usually very active and can get anxious during grooming, but the staff at Lucky Tail are incredibly gentle and patient with her. I truly trust them and highly recommend this place!

I strongly recommended Lucky Tail Grooming. I have been there more then once with my 2 small dogs. They are very friendly and professional and the price is very compatible with others. The most important was my dogs look contented and relaxed after a full grooming.

I brought my newly adopted dog Junie to Lucky Tails for her first groom since arriving from Korea a month ago. She is very shy, so I waited until she was more comfortable, and I am so glad I chose this groomer. Bronwyn at the front desk (who also runs their Instagram) was incredibly kind and patient. She answered all my questions beforehand and did a thorough consultation the day of, making sure she understood exactly what we wanted. Holly and Maika groomed Junie and did a phenomenal job. They followed every request perfectly, gave her the sweetest haircut, and treated her with so much care and love. They even took a video to show me how to clip her nails properly, which was very kind to do 🥹 Junie came out looking and smelling beautiful, and I could not be more grateful for how above and beyond the entire team went. This was a wonderful experience for both of us. We will definitely be regular customers!!! Thank you, thank you💛

Wow. I am so overwhelmed with how happy I am. The staff was amazing helping me understand my puppies coat, the grooming service was phenomenal. The did exactly what I asked for and the delivered, my puppy gets so hot in the summer since he is very fluffy but he looks so relieved with his new haircut. I recommend you bring your pups here, best service, friendly staff that will go above and beyond. Also the have a variety of toys,treats and accessories. Picked my pup something for being the best boy!!!!
