Overall, Luma was an outstanding partner. The videos they produced far exceeded expectations. They made smart use of our source footage to deliver five distinct cuts, each with a different tone, and they formatted everything in the platform-ready versions we needed. Even when pulling from the same footage, every cut felt intentional and natural. We had a wonderful experience working with the team at Luma. They produced a live stream for our AGM last week at our office in downtown San Francisco. Hands down the best live streaming experience we’ve had. Previous vendors have had quality issues but these folks know their stuff. What I appreciated most was their ability to communicate and adjust the scope quickly as last minute details shifted from our original idea. I worked with them closely on the creative side during the pre and post production phase to ensure we got all the shot and sequences that were discussed.
