We come here for a quick wash because the employees are attentive and it’s overall a better experience from other drive thru washes we’ve experienced. Today, Miles helped us out and we are very happy. Will definitely be returning

Awesome experience here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got the True Luv wash. My car looks like new! Lots of detail bays with a vacuum, glass cleaner, towels, and air hose.
This location ALWAYS OUT of towels , vacuum doesn't work, window spray cleaner containers are all broken and empty, never have i ever gone to this location with fully stocked. I spoke to Miles, which he claimed that he is the Manager, he started that their location hardly gets any support from the Corporate Office as far as supplies and support. My question is , why is the Lake Mead Pkwy ALWAYS, on point when it comes to all of what Sunset location is lacking ??? I know this are all added insensitives to your customers to compete with other companies, don't advertise if you can't hold to your advertisement , and please, pay attention to all of your locations and not just on one .....
