From the beginning the experience was epic! I reached out hoping to find the perfect team to work with my mother in transition out of state. There were two companies I had set to meet my mother. The first company she loved and immediately wanted to work with them. Tanya was set to meet afterwards and upon informing her my mother made a decision to go with another team, she was not disheartened. She was actually more empathetic, and though there was already an appointment set she still wanted to at least go by and introduce herself when they met. It was Magic. My mother immediately became connected. Tanya and we began our business journey. Tanya was so compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure that my mother and her household were accommodated for. They even helped secure the necessary resources to make my mother‘s transition out of state seamless. I hired Tom Sagona to handle both the sale of my home in Littleton and the purchase of my new home in Loveland. It was the BEST decision! Not only did Tom help me with multiple updates and repairs to my previous home (hanging doors, painting, fixing drywall, staging) he created an incredible video to showcase it in the most beautiful manner. He was diligent, knowledgeable and devoted so much time to helping me get the most out of my home. I accepted a full price offer in just 2 weeks! On the purchase side, he made multiple trips to Loveland to represent my interests with the builder. He found small details that needed to be fixed, called out specifics I'd not noticed in the contract, and represented me with such professionalism that instilled confidence every step of the way. I'm thrilled with my new home purchase!! If you need a realtor that truly cares and is willing to put in the effort to ensure you get the most out of your sale or purchase, Tom is your guy! My fiance and I just purchased our first home thanks to Tom Sagona with LUX. He made the entire process incredibly easy to navigate and was dedicated to making sure we thoroughly understood our options and advocated for us when it was time to go under contract. It was easy to get ahold of him when needed, and he was very prompt at addressing the issues at hand. The sellers of the house we purchased were looking for a quick turnaround time since their previous contract had fallen through. We did a showing of the house on a saturday, put in an offer either that night or sunday morning, and were under contract by Monday. Tom worked with us and our lender to get things squared away asap and stayed on the ball until we closed. His attention to detail was immaculate. He helped get us into the first home we had been dreaming of without us having to go through months and months of dead end searching or any of the usual stress that can be associated with buying a new home. We'll be forever grateful for the work that Tom has put in for us. I couldn't imagine having a better experience!
