This is more than 5 Stars!! Cleanliness is incredible, staff is very friendly and caring to all puppies. I couldn't believe is true until I visited. Also is very well settled with areas for any type of dogs or cats sizes or personalities. Bravo and keep doing what you do guys! Respect and Congrats! I recommend it 💯👏👏👏👏👏

I would never go anywhere else period! We have left our baby Aries here on 6 separate occasions over 30 days total this year and they are absolutely the best! It always feels like we are leaving Aries with a trusted family member and this happens to also be a family run place! Everyone is always warm and friendly and they respond incredibly fast to any texts we send. We are always worried about him and they keep us well informed with pictures and videos! And the place is clean and spotless!

PERFECTION! Vivianna is the perfect hostess . Our dogs were EXHAUSTED and happy when we picked them up. What more can you ask for? We received a video a day with them as happy as can be! The other dogs were lovely and staff was incredibly attentive. Perfection!

If I could give Luxe Pet Hotels more than five stars, I absolutely would! As an extremely overprotective dog mom, I never imagined leaving my baby, even for a few hours, let alone trusting someone else to care for him. My dog has never spent a whole 24 hours away from me, and still hasn’t. The thought of being separated was giving me serious anxiety. But I needed somewhere safe and reliable to watch him while I was in Las Vegas, and after a ton of research, I decided to give Luxe Pet Hotels a chance. And wow—I'm beyond grateful that I did. From the very first moment, the team at Luxe Pet Hotels went above and beyond to ease every concern I had. On day one, they offered me a full tour of their facility, which includes both indoor and outdoor play areas, beautifully decorated rooms, and a sparkling clean, well-maintained environment. Everything smells fresh, looks tidy, and is clearly disinfected regularly. You can tell they take the health and happiness of every single pup seriously. What truly sets them apart is their level of personalized care and genuine love for animals. My pup was kept in a private, air-conditioned indoor room that had all the comforts he needed when he was being fed. On the day that I forgot to bring his food, before I went back with it, they graciously gave him food for me. He had plenty of playtime outdoors and most importantly—was monitored by not one, but multiple staff members at all times. I loved that the dogs are rotated between indoor and outdoor spaces so they get a healthy balance of activity and rest and a break from the heat. It’s clear Luxe Pet Hotels isn’t just a place to “drop off your dog”—it’s a thoughtful, loving environment where dogs are treated like family. Throughout the day, they sent me constant updates—videos, pictures, and texts—which honestly made all the difference for my anxious heart. I never had to guess or wonder how he was doing because I could see that he was happy, well-cared for, and comfortable. Every time I messaged with a question or request (yes, I’m that kind of dog mom), they responded quickly, kindly, and with so much compassion. Their communication is top-notch and so reassuring. Another thoughtful touch: Since I didn’t have a car and was relying on Uber while visiting the Strip, they even met me outside to take my dog directly from me, so I didn’t have to go inside, wait around and order another ride. That kind of convenience, especially in such a busy part of the city, is rare and so appreciated. They truly go out of their way to make things easier for both you and your pup. And let’s talk about pricing—incredibly reasonable for the high-end level of care you receive. With the cleanliness, constant monitoring, personalized attention, air-conditioned rooms, and top-tier communication, you are absolutely getting your money’s worth—and then some. There is not a single complaint I could possibly come up with. I have extremely high standards when it comes to my dog, and Luxe Pet Hotels exceeded every single one. I will never use another daycare in Las Vegas. This is the only place I trust, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any fellow dog parents—especially if you're as protective as I am. Thank you, Luxe Pet Hotels, for taking such amazing care of my baby. You’ve earned a lifelong customer! My timid pup loves coming and thoroughly enjoys himself every time! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my Seymour. My fur baby is a rescue and very anxious and timid. The staff here is wonderful- Seymour had constant supervision while playing outside with fur friends, and his safety (as well as the safety of other doggies) was always a priority. When Seymour did not eat, he was hand fed. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend Luxe Pet Hotels, your baby will be very well taken care of!
