Adam and his team did a great job! I have a Tacoma access cab and a 4year old. So you can imagine what i let it look like. Tacoma looks brand new. My 4 year old needs some work. Definitely making LUXE my 2g2.

First, I am a Navy Veteran came into town to see family. Needed a detailing. I am very disappointed with the service. My appointment was for 2-530 on Friday. The LUXE team showed up an hour late. They completed the poor job on my vehicle in 2 hours. I paid 240.00 for the Renewal Max plus detailing for a 3.5 hour job. You can see the photos but they missed the top of the vehicle, not touched. The luggage racks still had bugs tatted on them, they missed the front, back, and side windows. The vehicle trip, the wheel wells, the gas compartment, the rear bumper. The hood of the car didn't seem or feel like it was waxed, it still had water droplet stains all over it. The headlamps were dirty, etc..... My Vehicle is 2024 Rav4, I keep it in mint condition and needed a detailing because of the road travel I had just been on. I am not angry, but sad to see this type of service. The company did reach out and express that they did miss all that I had mentioned and offered to make amends.
Me being from south Louisiana I needed a good detail and wanted to get ceramic coating to prevent scratches. Adam is more than fair. He hooked my brand new truck up. Got me Ubers to bring me back to pick it up. Everything was very professional and worth every cent. As a person who knows a lot about vehicles and very meticulous about every little detail on my ride, Adam went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Believe me, if you are looking to get it done correctly call lux detailing. You won’t be disappointed.
Adam did an amazing job detailing the interior of my car! He took his time and it definitely shows. My car looks brand new! My main concern was the roof and seats to be cleaned and he made sure to take care of that it looks awesome. My car looks and smells so good I will be a continuing customer from now on even recommended him to family and friends!!🙌
