I’ve been coming to M Nail Studio since moving to Sacramento and it’s my go-to. Miley is amazing and you can tell she genuinely appreciates each and every one of her clients. She greets everyone who walks through the door with so much warmth, always by name, and it makes such a difference. My nails always come out beautiful and she pays so much attention to detail. Any time I show her inspo photos she’s spot on. The salon is clean, cute, and the whole staff is welcoming. I always leave feeling happy and taken care of.
Right after thanksgiving I decided on a whim to get a gel manicure. I have not had a manicure in at least the last 10 years. Polish never sticks to my nails. As a younger woman I had acrylic nails before… they also always lifted. So I came in as a walk-in basically. Very friendly staff. I asked for a gel manicure and picked the color. I had one shorter nail, so the manicurist leveled the others to match length as I requested. The result was beautiful!! I have another appointment in about a week. It has been about 4 weeks. NO LIFTING PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! I would have had my follow up appt last week but since it was the holiday season and I was basically a walk-in I had to wait an extra week to book an appointment. I love the manicure I received and will become a regular based on this experience. Photos are taken today- my nails grow super fast- the polish still looks wonderful.
I came in with my teenage daughter for a pretty detailed nail design, and they absolutely nailed it — both of our sets came out perfect. I got acrylics and she had hers done on her natural nails, and they matched beautifully! The precision and attention to detail were so impressive — every line and color was spot on. We also got pedicures, even the basic comes with a longer massage compared to other places. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and the prices were very fair for the quality of work. I don’t usually get my nails done, but I honestly love how they turned out — I can’t stop looking at them! My daughter’s obsessed too. 💖 If you’re looking for a salon that can handle designs flawlessly and does the perfect cat eye, and treat you kindly while doing it, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back! 💕
I’ve seen Miley here a couple times now and every time I’ve come I’ve gotten great service. I came with my friend who was visiting from the city and she got gel x (polka dot tips) and I got acrylics (red stars). Miley did my nails and another tech did my friend’s and both turned out so beautifully! Despite how busy they are they continually check in with you and make sure that you’re happy. Even when I was waiting for my appointment Miley checked in with me and gave me updates. It’s clean and peaceful and they are super welcoming - definitely going to keep coming here when I want my nails done.
Won’t come back again. The tech (probably the owner of the salon cuz I saw her drive a Mercedes? Idk I’m just guessing) was in such a hurry that she was very reckless. There are quite a few bubbles in it which make the surface rough. Even my husband who doesn’t know anything about gel polish knows it was done poorly. I just felt like she was in such a hurry that she just wanted to finish up asap and go home and she did. My left point finger is super uneven because that nail accidentally bumped into the divider they had when she pushed my hand for the curing light. She didn’t care and she kept on going. I got French tips and the white tip section is extremely unsymmetrical that I just want to cut it off. I’ll find someone to remove it. I can’t stand how ugly my fingers look right now. I wouldn’t even pay $1 for this crap but the whole thing was $50 without tips. What a joke
