DO NOT GO TO THEM unless you’re comfortable with your device parts being changed without consent and then denied outright. I took my PC to this shop in March 2023 for a boot/display issue. While recently troubleshooting the same unresolved problem myself, I discovered that my original power supply unit had been replaced with a completely different PSU. I was never informed, never asked for permission, and never given my original PSU back. There was no invoice, no explanation, and no documentation saying that a critical component had been swapped. When I raised this with them, they denied any refund and denied having my original PSU at all, despite the fact that it is no longer in my system. There has been no accountability and no attempt to resolve the situation. Whether the fault existed beforehand is irrelevant. replacing customer hardware without permission and then denying responsibility is unacceptable. A PSU is a core expensive component, and this behaviour seriously undermines trust. To make matters worse, the original issue was never fixed, meaning I wasted my time and hardware for a service that neither resolved the problem nor respected my property. If you value your hardware, pls take a pic of every component before handing your device over and get everything in writing. I would never trust this shop again.
