It's been the third or fourth yacht party we have had Ma-ro cater for us, cannot say better things about Quincey and her team! Very active in responding, on time, consistent with the same staff, Carolina is phenomenal, even remembered what our guests drank from a party a year ago, wow! Food always on time and the entire experience was minimal on my part setting it up which made my job so much easier as i plan some of the events for our company, only rating a 5 because it won't allow me to choose a 10, spectacular! do yourself a favor and let Ma-ro handle your next function.

I have used Maro for a wide spectrum of social activities including: 1. Wedding. 2. Catering cocktail party and 3. Private dining. This organization has performed spectacularly at all these levels. For the wedding, they managed the function as effectively as any private "event planner", paying close attention to all details including decor, staff and guest flow, and menu. They created an incredible ambiance based upon the wedding party's needs. For our multiple cocktail parties, they have always provided an excellent menu, and staff that were both attentive and unobtrusive creating a wonderful evening for all. And with our private dining, they created a wonderful menu, provided with service and style, allowing guests and us, as hosts, to really enjoy a magical evening.

We were extremely pleased with our entire experience with Maro Catering from start to finish. Mauricio was flexible and accommodating in creating the perfect menu for our bridal shower. His team arrived slightly earlier than planned (which was great!) and we’re willing to help with things like setting the tables and running items from the house down to the lawn where the event was taking place. The on-site supervisor, Ramona was phenomenal; I suggest asking for her specifically.

Contraté a Ma-Ro Catering para el 70º cumpleaños de mi mamá en casa y fueron realmente un placer trabajar con ellos de principio a fin. Shelby era muy competente y me guió para crear un menú, programar y gestionar los alquileres. Estaba a solo una llamada de teléfono cuando tenía preguntas y, incluso, llegó al inicio de la velada para asegurarse de que todo saliera sin contratiempos. Hablamos por primera vez apenas 2 semanas antes del evento y ella respondió rápido y dio un presupuesto. La entrega llegó a tiempo, al igual que la camarera Eva y la chef Irene. Fueron profesionales y corteses, haciendo preguntas para asegurar que su servicio coincidiera con mis expectativas en cada paso. Las copas de los invitados siempre estaban llenas y la comida se sirvió perfectamente caliente y a tiempo (incluso adaptándose a nuestro horario cambiante). La comida en sí estaba deliciosa: porciones generosas y tan sabrosa que no quedó nada en los platos de los invitados. Realmente recomiendo el Ahi Tuna Taco, Spinach Artichoke Feta Tarte Tatin, Shrimp Romesco Flatbread Pizza para aperitivos, Pan Seared Branzino Fillet with Sage Butter Sauce y Roasted Potatoes with Caramelized Onions and Leeks. La exhibición de pan fresco con dips increíbles fue una sorpresa deliciosa y la tarta de limón fue el pastel de cumpleaños de verano perfecto. Para rematar, la chef Irene, con amabilidad, se lanzó al papel de fotógrafa del grupo entre las preparaciones. Nos guió a través de un par de sesiones de fotos divertidas que capturaron la velada. La camarera Eva se aseguró de que todo quedara limpio y mejor de lo que lo encontró. No podría recomendar Ma-Ro lo suficiente. Era muy importante para mí que este evento saliera perfecto y realmente no podría haberlo hecho sin ellos. Definitivamente volveré a contratarlos y tú también deberías hacerlo.
