I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Maaco on Mercy Drive prompted me to do so. I brought in a 2012 Toyota Sequoia for the hood and rear bumper to be repainted. Patrick's estimate was most reasonable and he was very pleasant to work with. The quality of the work was truly outstanding. They even went above and beyond to include a small area not in the estimate for no charge. Sam and Patrick are great people to work with and if my experience is the norm, you will be most satisfied with not only the workmanship, but also the price.
Maaco did an amazing job on this paint job. They had great communication and finished my car and under a week. Feel feels like I’m driving a brand new car. I also want to give a special thank you to Patrick for his great customer service and Going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend !
In December 2023, I purchased my pearl white SUV (Pearl). Seven days later, someone left a small dimple on the back driver-side door. After a few weeks, I decided it was time to address it and received a quote from a collision center for $1,800. A few months later, Pearl picked up another ding on the passenger front door, along with scratches on both sides of the front bumper from parking close to items in the garage. At that point, I knew I wanted everything repaired properly. My husband stopped by Maaco and came back with a quote that honestly sounded too good to be true. But it turned out they were running a bumper special in November. Best decision we could have made. In just three days, Pearl looked absolutely good as new. The dent on the driver side, the ding on the passenger side, and all the scratches on both sides of the front bumper were flawlessly repaired—for only $639. You all did an outstanding job. My husband and I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally we were taken care of. While I know Pearl won’t stay 100% dent-free forever, it’s such a relief to know we now have a team we trust to make her look right again whenever needed. Thank you so much......especially to Patrick......for the excellent service. You guys are totally awesome!
I recently had my car painted at Maaco in Orlando, and I have to say—they did a phenomenal job! I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner, Patel, who’s super friendly and genuinely cares about the quality of work that goes out of his shop. I worked directly with Sam, and he was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through everything that needed to be done—my entire car needed to be painted, the surface had to be sanded down, and they even fixed a small bent metal area (the dog lip) near one of my wheels. I also had a deadline, and Sam went above and beyond to make sure the job was done on time. In fact, they delivered my car a day earlier than expected! The paint looks incredible—smooth, clean, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. What really stood out to me was the price and the honesty. I actually drove an hour and a half to get to this Maaco because not only was their price very reasonable, but they clearly knew what they were talking about. It was absolutely worth the drive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Patel, Sam, and the team at Maaco to anyone looking for a quality paint job at a fair price. Highly recommended!
These guys did a great job on my Subaru Forester. I had some really rough hood damage from a poorly installed and poor quality wrap. They were able to remove the remaining damaged vinyl and repaired the hood. It looks like new and they turned it around in less than a week. The only problem is that my car looks so good now I have trouble finding it in the parking lot.
