They didn’t return the phone until they had fully identified and fixed the issue, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with this repair shop. My iMac had a power rail issue and was completely dead. The technician clearly explained the problem, gave me honest options, and fixed it professionally. He also upgraded my HDD to a 1TB SSD and safely backed up all my data. The pricing was very reasonable, the repair was done quickly, and the communication throughout was excellent.Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful. Juan did an amazing job fixing my iPhone 15 Pro Max that had been completely dead for over a month. I went to three other repair shops, and all of them told me it was not fixable. I am very disappointed with the MacBook repair service I received. The technician kept my 2024 Macbook pro 14 for more than three weeks but still failed to identify the motherboard issue. I understand that he may have spent a lot of effort on it, but the result was extremely unsatisfactory. When I took my MacBook to a more professional repair shop, their on-site inspection- completed in just five minutes- revealed that part (near the center) of the motherboard had actually been burned through(a very rare case). They also found mismatched and stripped and even missing screws, even though I have never opened the device myself! This techician was the first one opened it. Even worse, the display cable area had been bent during the previous repair attempt, causing new screen problems that did not exist before. This issue was never mentioned or disclosed to me by the original technician!!! My MacBook originally only had a motherboard problem, but now both the motherboard and the screen (even worse) have been further damaged due to their mishandling. The last thing I want to sayand agree with this technician: buy Applecare no matter what!
