Spilt liquid into our Macbook Pro. The laptop functioned, but the screen went black (DANG IT). My husband reached out to Alex & Renee & they responded immediately, offering us timely appointment windows. The evaluation & quote process was thorough & efficient. Acceptance & payment were a breeze. Alex & Renee managed our expectations every step of the way. I was very impressed with the service I received from Alex & Renee at MacFixed and so happy I found them!! I had an older 2011 iMac that I wanted to get old files off of before wiping clean & recycling, but it would ‘t boot up even after trying all the recommended fixes. Alex was able to run diagnostics on the drive and recover my data, wipe it clean, and recycled everything for a fair price. Throughout the process, Alex was in touch to explain what he discovered and offered me several options for recovery. Renee was also very efficient and helpful, so felt confident that my data & equipment were handled securely & professionally. Highly Recommend MacFix!!

Very professional and friendly studio! Turned my Mac in for water damage. I read online that it would most likely be completely fried. Luckily, it wasn’t. Renee and Alex got it fixed up within a day, and gave a very reasonable price! Am overall quite delighted and would come back In the future. (hopefully I don’t need to.) Though, if that does happen, I know where I’m going! 👍
