I cannot thank Dan enough for his patience with a rather challenging situation. I was living in Colorado when my Madison daughter who was living abroad at the time sent me a link for the perfect condo in the perfect location. And because I am digitally challenged, I so appreciated his calm thoughtful step-by-step approach to facilitate the long distant purchase. Absolutely a positive experience from beginning to end!
We had an amazing experience working with Lane from Mad City Dream Homes! We felt prioritized and supported every step of the way. Lane was an amazing communicator and really helped us to understand all the ins and outs of buying our first home. He made sure to explain things to us in a way that made sense to us. Something that stood out to us about Lane was how flexible he was to our schedule and he listened to us and put our needs and wants first. He moved at our pace and was patient as we navigated our way to find our new home. He also made sure to give us options and help us weigh the pros and cons of different paths. LANE SHOWED UP. He is an all around generous and kind person to work with and we couldn't have found our new home without him. We are forever grateful to Lane and we would recommend him to anyone-- you will be in good hands!
Review of Shelley Lazzareschi, Realtor Before I started working with Shelley Lazzareschi, of Mad City Dream Homes, I did my homework, i.e. took a home buying class, knew the difference between the types of real estate professionals, made a table in Word with questions to ask, interviewed five (5) realtors, and chose two (2) realtors to work with. Both realtors had very good histories about knowledge of the area, number of years in the real estate business, expertise in buying the type of home I was looking for, and the number of homes they had helped buyers purchase in the past 5 years. Both realtors were excellent, But Shelley was better with call backs and person to person communications, while the other realtor used ‘AI ‘to contact me, suggest properties, and answer some of my questions. Not what I wanted for such an important decision. Throughout the entire process Shelly, was always available to answer my questions, promptly returning calls and emails. She kept me informed about older and recent listings and provided honest feedback about the conditions of the homes. Things I never would have noticed without her help. If there was a problem, she got on it immediately and had an answer or a resolution. I began to feel like ‘we’ were buying a home together. I began to be able to ‘see’ the properties more clearly and realistically. Ask my own questions. This was very helpful when I decided to put down ‘earnest money’ on a condo. Shelly was there for every aspect of the process, i.e. the numerous contacts with the mortgage company, the inspections, documents review, appraisal and closing. I brought some stress into the process, but Shelley’s knowledge of the process brought the ‘calm’. I felt supported from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the personalized guidance and warmth that she displayed. The relationship didn’t end with the closing. Shelley, April Jerome, and Dan Miller, continue to engage with me through cultural experiences and holiday celebrations. I truly value the relationship I have with Mad City Dream Homes. The website is very helpful in narrowing your search and is easy to navigate. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always had such a positive attitude. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Amanda kept in constant communication, making sure we were informed every step of the way, and was always so kind and patient no matter what came up. Her dedication and genuine care truly set her apart. I can’t recommend Amanda enough — she’s an amazing realtor and an even better person!
We can’t thank Chris enough for our experience buying our first home! Chris was amazing from the beginning, before she was even our agent she spent 45 minutes in the phone with me answering questions about starting the home buying process! She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable! I loved the collaboration center page! Really helped narrow down what we were looking for and it was awesome we could see upcoming properties. Chris was always available by phone, text and email! She was happy to show us all properties we were interested in and if she was not available she had team members who could show us the property so we wouldn’t miss an opportunity!
