Absolutely amazing people. Brandon gave me a super prompt appointment time. Then the guys fixed it asap. They were also very pleasant to work with. I recommend them to anyone. They also diagnose other issues with your car so you know. And I will knock that list down with them. Great place, GREAT people!
The guys at Mad Hatter took great care of me and my car! Super personable in the front and skilled mechanics in the shop. I had quite a long list of things that needed repairs and they worked with me to make the whole situation hurt a little less. Great experience at Mad Hatters! Mike was very helpful and had great communication. My car was in the shop for a bit longer than we had anticipated but I got a loaner which was great! Got a couple estimates from other shops, but Mad Hatter had the most affordable estimate! Definitely will be back with any future car issues!
I brought my Lexus in to be worked on because I was running into an exhaust pipe issue. I purchased an original equipment exhaust pipe from the dealership, and when I went to put it on, it was about 4 in too long. I took it to mad hatter, and a young kid by the name of Alex helped weld and cut my exhaust pipe to the proper size. He did an excellent job. But at the front desk also was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use their services again. They seem to be the go-to place for any type of Muffler work. I highly recommend.
