Wow what an amazing experience!! My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and they made it so special. From the greetings and conversation with both hostesses when we first walked in, to our amazing server Keli who answered all of our questions and made our night one to remember! She was so accommodating and even helped us pick out the most delicious wine pairing. This place needs to be on your next dinner list. Thank you so much for the hospitality Mad Nice, it was so amazing!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is so beautiful and the food, service and ambience are amazing. Please ask for KENNEDY! SHE by far was the best server that I have ever had waiting on me and my family in a very long time. And they were pretty busy on New years day. She made our visit so much better. Telling us how this restaurant came to be. It was very interesting and helpful. It is so beautifully decorated and clean. Wow you must go here. If I could give them 10's on everything I would. When we 1st arrived we felt so underdressed but from the minute we walked in the door they made us feel welcome. I have terminal cancer and only have a few months to live and they just made us feel so special. Thanks to the entire staff. I hope that I am able to come back and visit. During our visit we ate their stone oven cooked pizza 🍕 absolutely amazing. And we had their in house roasted chicken 🐔 sandwich and their pastrami sandwich 🥪. So delicious. Plus please don't pass on dessert. Thanks for the amazing service Kennedy and the whole staff. Just like their name says Mad Nice. They lived up to the vibe and hype. God I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. I really hope that I make it back. So amazing 👏. I also forgot that they have some beautiful private dining rooms. You must check them out. Wow I could go on and on. Thanks for the amazing experience Kennedy.

Mad Nice is a standout in Detroit. Beautiful interior, great vibe, and excellent food. We had the octopus, gem salad, Guanciale pizza, and duck pastrami cavatelli, and everything was delicious. The pizza had a perfect balance of savory and nutty flavors with a light, crispy crust, and the duck pasta was rich and satisfying. They also have a coffee shop and a private dining room, which makes the space incredibly versatile — perfect for anything from a casual coffee to a group celebration. Friendly service and a memorable experience overall. Highly recommend.

Just like its name, this place IS Mad Nice. It was my first time visiting and I will be back! The menu was fantastic, the servers were great regarding allergies and modifications, and the company I was with was pretty cool too. We started with oysters, beef tartare, and a few beverages before we moved onto our main courses. Highly recommend getting reservations. Especially, on weekends. The side room doubles as an event space and worth checking out if you’re looking for a place to host your family, friends, or celebrate.

The food was incredible. We had an awesome server named Bailey that suggested several items that we chose. He was so attentive and knowledgeable. The short ribs, octopus, and duck pasta were delicious as was the drink. We will definitely be back to try the pizza. Thank you Mad Nice for a wonderful birthday celebration.
