Great experience. They were able to book us a last minute,day of appointment (after an appointment at another store went off the rails). The consultants selected stunning options and both the mother of the groom and I (mother of the bride) left with the perfect dresses. Best experience for us both.
Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with during my mom’s mother of the bride appointment. She was patient, kind, understanding, and offered my mom and I excellent customer service. She listened to what my mom wanted and selected styles that suited her figure. We left with gratitude for her effort in going above and beyond, and happiness as my mom had finally found her dress after searching for so long. Thank you Victoria for all your help!
I recently went to look for a Mother of the Groom dress. Talin helped me find a Frescara gown that I absolutely fell in love with. She was very patient and showed me a number of choices to choose from. I would highly recommend checking Madeline's boutique on Avenue Road if you need something exquisite to wear for your next special event.
I recently bought a dress from Madeleine’s for my best friend’s wedding - I was a bridesmaid and the MC. Not even a full 3 hours into the day, the chiffon layer of the dress ripped at the seem while the lining layer remained intact. The dress was not small on me it was a perfect fit. This was a disaster. Thank god I was able to have my dad deliver a back up dress to the reception, otherwise I would have been screwed. I’m really disappointed in the quality of this dress. It seemed good but turns out it’s cheap and very poorly made. Beware of the quality ladies! Will not be buying a dress here again.
The buying experience went well. I’m not indecisive by nature, so I had my Mother of the Groom dress picked and ordered within an hour The issue came last week. I was sold the dress based on alterations being completed on premises. They called and said “ you can pick up your dress now.”. I explained it would need alterations. I was told that they don’t have anyone to do that now. Basically, so sad too bad. No heads up at all. I paid over 2000 dollars for a dress, where i need to now find someone to do the alterations. Really poor customer service.
