My wife and I have been customers for over 10 years. We've made many purchases, adjustments, and watch battery replacements. Today certified our continued loyalty to Phil Ralph and his staff. I had a G-Shock watch that I only use for water activities. The two batteries were replaced in October 2025 and not used until last week on vacation. It immediately fried and filled with water. I returned to Madison Jewelers today and explained the situation. Phil said he'd make it right and pay for the replacement watch before looking at it. Examining the watch, he accepted responsibility and immediately had a check written for the full replacement cost. This is how customer loyalty is built. Thank you again Phil and Kelsea.
Friendly & professional atmosphere. The replacement of diamonds and the repair work done made my bracelet look brand new and the cost was reasonable. They have lovely and unusual pieces of jewelry on hand.
I had my original engagement/wedding band made through them over 10 years ago. We used a design template from a company to show them what we wanted and they made it exactly as we wanted. However I was recently diagnosed with a gold allergy and had to get my wedding band/engagement ring remade. This time I hand drew a picture and told them the different shapes and types of stones. I had faith they could do it. They included me in on selecting the major stones and broke down prices so I could chose exactly what I wanted. After having made the ring and overseeing the quality they sent the ring and appraisal in overnight delivery. We dont live in Virgina at the moment. We are a military family but I wouldn't have entrusted my ring to be made by any one else. They did a beautiful job. I was so nervous. I love gold but I am beyond satisfied with my new platinum ring. Thank you. It is perfect for me.

I've been going to Madison for years and the service is always outstanding. I originally found them because I needed custom work done. Phil, the owner, gives honest advice and never tries to upsell you. He has transformed many heirloom jewelry pieces for me into works of art! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the jewelry and watch selection are unsurpassed. Skip the big designer named stores and go straight to Madison. You won't be disappointed.
