I contacted Madison Party Rental with only a week's notice for my event. They responded quickly (which I can't say for ANY of the other rental places that I had contacted) and worked with me very efficiently. The tables and chairs came exactly on time on August 9th. I will definitely keep Madison Party Rental in mind for any future events I may have!
I recently coordinated at company reunion that hosted 150 people. Marty at Madison Party Rental was exceptional to work with and was very responsive to our requests. We rented a couple tents, a few tables and many picnic tables from them. Everything was in great shape and set up and tear down went very smoothly. Highly recommend them for your rental needs!
Madison Party Rental was great to work with, and responded very fast when another company was just not able to follow through with our needs. Marty, the General Manager, got me a quote within a couple hours for a 40' x 80' tent and a 20' x 30' both delivered and set up. It was well within budget and the crew was fast and professional. I will happily work with Madison Party Rental again in the future.
Booked Madison Party Rental for our graduation party! The package deals they have made for a successful setup for the party. In addition, they dropped off the equipment on a Thursday which gave me 2 days ahead of the party to get things ready. We rented tables, chairs, tent, pipe/draping, and a bouncy house. The younger kids loved the bouncy house, kept them entertained! Thank you! Worked out perfectly!
Madison Party Rental is fantastic. I corresponded with Marty, who was incredibly attentive; he responded quickly, answered all of my questions, gave me the appropriate options, and walked me through the process of everything we'd need for our 100 person wedding. Set-up of the tent took less than two hours and they came earlier than expected, so we had a lot of extra set-up time for ourselves. It was a rainy, windy wedding day, but the tent held up really well and we had no issues with it. Take-down of the tent was also incredibly efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience-- Madison Party Rental made planning a wedding easy.
