My experience with Magic House Cleaning was excellent! Memo, who coordinated services was great to work with and super accommodating! Needed services on very short notice and he did his best to make it happen while being available to address any questions or concerns along the way. The two ladies Adriana and Maria who provided the service did a fantastic job that exceeded expectations! You could really tell they went above and beyond. Considering the quality of services and the number of hours included, the pricing was really great! Reasonable, affordable. If you’re looking for a cleaning service to hire with reasonable prices, flexibility, and quality work, call Magic House Cleaning! And yes, this is a real review LOL.
I was very pleased with the work that was done in my home and how they treated me and my husband they asked if everything looked OK. Ask if they can do anything else for us. It was really a great experience with them.
From start to finish the process to get my dad’s studio cleaned was seamless and easy! Memo was amazing to deal with during a difficult time for me. He clarified any confusion, was very patient, and remained understanding. The two ladies that cleaned the studio were efficient and thorough! They communicated well and asked me to walk through the unit and approve everything. The studio looked refreshed and smelled great! I highly recommend Magic House cleaning for all your cleaning needs! I picked the Move-Out cleaning. Rates are very affordable compared to other services in the area!
Two Cleaners came on time to do a move out clean of my 4 bed, 4 bath, 2 storey house. They were respectful and polite. The manager came a bit later to walk through the details of the what to clean - inside of windows, sills, baseboards, doors, shelves, tops of shelves, fans, scrub bathrooms and toilets, floors and kitchen. After 5 hours the manager called to say the work was complete and ready for walk through. I found some kitchen drawers and cabinets had not been cleaned, the doors had not been wiped. They cleaned them. I felt the cleaning could have been more thorough. The fans were questionable. But the attitude was good and overall was good.
Very good experience with this company. It was easy to communicate and was able to get an appointment the very next day itself. Memo was very friendly and helped set up the appointment. Sandra was amazing. She did a thorough job! Pricing was reasonable and payment was easy to make. Highly recommend them! Thank you!
