I was late for my car ride with my fiancé and we were totally upset. We weren’t able to get our ride, but they gave me my money back, which makes it very easy to go ahead and rebook it again and give it another try and try and be more on time. I am very grateful that they gave me a refund.

So what happened was i got married week before and i went to old market with a excitement to have a ride with my wife and make this journey beautiful. I arrived a bit late and i asked lady for prices and she was way rude. Tonight i wanted to spend money and she was way rude and she offered 15 minutes with a loud voice and a angry face and she said 15 minutes or you can go i wanted for 30 minutes. But the way she treated us was not fair i am ready to pay $200 for a ride to make my wife happy but a lady with that angry face and rude don’t deserves $1 hope you guys fix this issue and don’t treat people in a bad way hate this

My husband and I have gone on two carriage rides together. Once 7 months ago when we were engaged after watching Cinderella at the Rose. Our driver was very funny and told us many awesome facts about the horses and about what we were seeing. He did also have several blankets for us as it was so cold! We went the night of our wedding too (almost a week ago)! The lady checking off reservations was so helpful in taking pictures and was coming up with so many great poses 😊 our driver was also very kind. She allowed us some space during our ride to talk with each other which was great as we hadn’t spent much one-on-one time together that day.

My husband and I had a great time on our 30 minute ride. The driver was very friendly and offered information and recommendations while we rode by buildings, and even let us pet the horse (after asking if we could). It was a great pace to really take in the city and look at the scenery. They even provided blankets in case we got cold. We will definitely be taking another ride the next time we visit.
