Outstanding Service by Estefania Ordaz I had an excellent experience with Estefania Ordaz from The Maids Pro. She is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and hardworking. From the moment she arrived, she was organized, respectful, and focused on delivering high-quality work. Estefania cleaned every area thoroughly, paying attention to details that are often overlooked. The house felt fresh, spotless, and truly cared for after she finished. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in the results. Beyond her skills, she has a very positive attitude and is kind, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely request her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional cleaning service. Thank you, Estefania, for such a great job!
We had a good experience with this company until recently. They have very inconsistent maids so it's a toss-up if it's a good experience or not. The team they recently have started sending did a rush cleaning job every time and got visibly annoyed when I asked them to redo certain areas which clearly were still dirty. They also complained to their manager, who then rudely confronted me over the phone about how picky and particular I was instead of asking his team to do a better job. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Also, one of the maids broke off the slider on my shower sliding door (granted it was loose already but their other cleaning teams managed to not break it over the past year that we've been using their services). I heard a bunch of crashing and banging while she was cleaning. Upon review, we also found a crack in the bathtub exactly in the area where she was working that wasn't there before and she took zero responsibility. The manager did a shoddy "investigation" in which he concluded they were not responsible at all so I had to shell out $600 to fix the crack. Beware of this company, do NOT hire them!
My girlfriend and I have Maidpro come by every 2 weeks for our large apartment and they do an excellent job every single time! Jessica, Gabriela, and Estefania have been the absolute best. We’re always pleasantly surprised with how clean our home is afterwards. Maidpro’s services provide a great value for our busy and hectic lives where this kind of a clean feels impossible to achieve on our own.
Worth every penny! I love MaidPro. I fully trust them in my home and their service leaves my house immaculate. Their staff is professional and flexible and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a superior clean.
On time, professional, friendly, attention to detail, and asked me to double check everything before they left. Excellent!!! 👍👍👍 Note this had alot of paint spills from the contractor everywhere, and they got it all cleaned!
