As a stage 4 cancer patient I have difficulty keeping up with cleaning my home. Misha from Maids on a Mission came yesterday morning and in 4 hours she had cleaned our home from top to bottom, literally. She began by dusting off the ceiling trim and ended by mopping the floors. Misha was friendly, efficient, and thoroughly focused on her task. What a true God-send Maids on a Mission is and I highly recommend Misha J to anyone looking for a clean home and pleasant experience.
Great work overall. Only qualm is that I requested a "move out" cleaning for my house in prep for new tenants which cost me 840 dollars. Now, I would expect that to include the refrigerator, however it wasn't. I'll put the fault on myself as it wasn't listed in the contract. However, to my defense there were ~30 line items listed as part of the contract and didn't notice refrigerator was missing. In my mind, "move out" means everything inside will be clean for the next tenants (especially for that price)... which obviously is not true if the fridge is not clean... Oh well, 55 dollars to clean the fridge later, and I am good to go. I'll pay it, but I can't rightfully leave 5 stars for a "move out" cleaning that doesn't actually clean everything needed for a "move out" lol. I'll might use them again, but will be very careful to watch for the dirty "extra fee" tactics. Didn't think I needed to be a jerk with them to get an accurate bid, but will be if I use them again.
We have been using their services since having our second child and it has been wonderful. They are very responsive to texts to accommodate our schedule and the cleaning techs have been superb! Sandra did a very thorough job after the holidays getting our home back to normal and went over her allotted time to do so!
I love Maids on a Mission! Misha, Brittany & Turquoise have all been amazing!! They have worked around our crazy schedule & crazy household to bring peace to my mind!!! I am so grateful to have found such a reliable service. Thank you!
