For me, one of the main hazards of hosting an AB&B is having to prepare the apartment for the next customer. You mostly deal with strangers, and as such you can find some surprises that you may not expect when you inhabit the property. On the other hand, maybe I am lazy after dealing with my regular job. These guys had simplified my life a lot. At first, I was reluctant to ask for their service, but after using their services for over a month, I'm not sure how I went so long without them. I can even schedule more frequently knowing they will finish the job faster than I could, and leave it spot on. They are easy to deal and well organized. You may have to consider them in your costs and adjust the rental fee, but it is well worth it.
