My husband and I stopped in with our kids a few weeks ago and had a great time. The facility was clean, well managed, and the food was delicious. We had an exceptionally great interaction with the person who was running the front desk, Kayli. She made the experience simple and provided awesome customer service. Thanks Kayli!
Went here for date night. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived with in the first 5 minutes a game malfunctioned and we had to go the front desk to get our credits back. You lose out on any tickets that you would have gotten. After that every game played would crash after a couple plays. The SpongeBob arcade was ruthless with this. The jackpot spin game would freeze while counting tickets and you could not used to the other due to its card reader being broken out of place. Every game breaking or freezing after a few times it just became a complete chore to walk back over to the front desk to get your tickets back. With a messed up knee it just became completely not worth it. After bringing this issue up to the Manager on duty “Eric” he basically said you have to go to the counter to get that credit back and sucks to suck. What kind of customer service is that? It was our first time at this location and we won’t be returning. They have no solution to their issues and I’ve never been to a place that had so many broken games or ones that consistently malfunctioned. Go to a different arcade or support local bowling alleys.
We had my daughter’s 5th birthday there and everyone is so nice and attentive. It was a great day! It’s been two months since and I had a family member accidentally send our Christmas gift there to that address instead of ours and Evelyn Miles was there to help. Very funny it happened but love that this location is so nice and understanding with everything. Thank you guys so much for being awesome people!
Had lots of fun have been there more than 6 times to play billiards and bowl.
Great experience at The Future for Kids charity event. Staff was great at hosting, thank you! We enjoyed our time for this amazing cause ♥️
