Coach Mirage has been absolutely amazing over the past couple years! She has helped my daughter build so much confidence in the water and truly enjoy swimming. We’ve seen incredible growth in her skills and comfort level thanks to Coach Mirage’s patience, encouragement, and expertise. Mainstreet Swim has been a wonderful place for her to learn and thrive — we’re so grateful for the positive experience!
Our 2-year-old daughter is enrolled in the Little Fish class at Main Street Swim with Mirage, and my husband and I seriously couldn’t be any happier! When we first started, she wanted nothing to do with swim. She was super scared to go under the water and cried almost every class. We didn’t want to pressure her but we also didn’t want to stop taking her because we know how crucial of a life skill it is to have and to be able to know how to swim proficiently (I’m just now starting to learn myself and my husband only learned in boot camp and we’re old. Lol). Now our daughter loves to get into the pool and asks to go almost every day! Mirage is so patient, kind and encouraging with all of her students. You can tell that she really cares about the kids and makes it fun for them to learn. We’re so thankful for her and all of the progress our daughter has made during her short time so far at Main Street! Forever grateful.
If I could gave more then 5 stars I would, I highly recommend this swim school to all parent's looking for a caring and skilled swim school. I don't ever write reviews this is my first review ever. I have been brining my children for 2 1/2 years to "Main street" all the instructor are great, Mirage is hands down the best instructor ever! She's patient, positive, and really knows how to connect with children. My kiddo's went from being nervous and crying around water to swimming confidently- all thanks to Coach Mirage's encouragement her 1 on 1 talks with the kiddo's and her fun teaching style. You can tell she truly cares about her students and loves what she does. Mirage knows and learned about each kids and skills they needed work on, when I find out she was 17 which means she started at 15 or 16 years old I could not believe it. My kids enjoy her so much she now babysit both of my girls, she also babysit a few other kids that are little swimmers at main street. I'm very happy I picked "Main street"
We are so grateful to have found Coach Mirage! What makes her stand out is their perfect balance of being fun, effective, and endlessly patient. Before working with Coach Mirage, our daughter, struggled with jumping in and floating. Now, she has finally begun to make real, measurable progress in her swimming technique and confidence. Coach Mirage has a true gift for working with kids. We like the mission valley location because it's an indoor, heated pool. They do regular water quality checks. The best part is if you miss a class, you get a make up token!
My daughter has been attending swim classes for two years and we've had a great experience overall. Marage my daughter's instructor is patient, encouraging, and truly know how to work with children. She created a fun and safe environment that helps build both confidence and skill in the water. The class sizes are small enough that each child gets individual attention, and the structure of the lessons is both engaging and effective. What I really appreciate is the balance between teaching safety and making the lessons fun. It’s clear that the Marage and the other instructors genuinely care about each child’s progress, and they take the time to explain techniques in a way that's easy for kids to understand. I would definitely recommend this swim program to other parents looking to help their children become stronger, more confident swimmers.
