I just wanted to say a big thank you for hosting my daughters party a few weeks ago. The staff were very accommodating, and management went above and beyond and, in a kind, professional manner.

Great place for kids parties. Children had a lot of fun. Not always easy to locate children if you have more than one because there are 2 different play areas with a number of inflatables. Place would benefit from a childproof gate at the entry/exit door.

A really great place for kids, lots of play options. We really enjoyed attending a party here. The staff however are shockingly rude. One staff member not only chose to enlighten me with their opinion that they were of the belief that I was rude while I asked to pay for my children’s entry, but they also approached me on the floor while I was assisting my children to state their opinion again. It is a shame staff approach their patrons in this manner as it leaves a bitter feeling on what should be an enjoyable experience.
