We really enjoyed our dishes, and the prices are "reasonable" (compared to other US Thai restaurants, but after you paid 60 baht per meal enough times, US prices always feel too high 😭). We had Thai iced tea, green curry, pad kaprao, and chicken karaage (not Thai, but a safe dish for my picky toddler). Beautiful restaurant and great staff. We'll be back.

Clearly a family owned Thai spot. Came here for lunch and ordered the green curry with chicken Thai hot. Very familiar flavor and taste. Pleasantly surprised it was served on a thick banana leaf instead of another vessel for the rice. Great overall. Definitely more chicken than vegetables some would really appreciate that.

If I can give 10 stars I would!! The service, food, environment all were excellent! Each dish was made fresh, with top notch ingredients and love. We had drunken noodles, basil chicken, Thai fried rice, dumplings, lettuce wraps, so much! The service was detail oriented, kind, and professional. Never had to ask for a refill or napkins or anything! Definitely would recommend and come back! ⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing experience at Malai Thai Street Eats! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The Chicken Satay (4 pcs) was perfectly grilled and packed with flavor, the Pineapple Fried Rice with beef was fresh, aromatic, and full of authentic taste, and the Japanese Cheesecake with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending — light, creamy, and refreshing. On top of the great food, the service really stood out. A big shoutout to Marvin A, my server, for being so attentive, friendly, and making sure everything was spot-on throughout my meal. His excellent service really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for flavorful Thai street eats in Houston. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food here was outstanding! We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, Spicy Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Hot Basil Chicken, and Pad Ke Mao Beef (all medium spice), and every dish was flavorful, fresh, and came in generous portion sizes. The balance of spice and flavor was excellent, though I’d recommend being mindful of spice levels when ordering, it definitely packs a punch! The specialty non-alcoholic drinks were delicious and refreshing, and the service was top-notch. Our food came out quickly, and the staff was very attentive, even bringing water right after we finished our drinks. The cozy, friendly atmosphere made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
