Love this place. Jan is amazing! The weather is a bit cold when I went but it’s a super cozy place and such a perfect spot to meet a friend or just take family with you. It’s located away from the ‘crazier’ Brickell traffic and you can look at the water too (right across). Will come back again for sure especially when the weather is warmer so I can sit outside. :)

Wifey and I had our iced cold brew ($6 each) a bargain for Downtown Miami coffee. It tasted great with nutty flavor. Atmosphere was great with indoor and outdoor seating. Service was brisk.
I visited Maman at their new Brickell Bay location. The service was excellent. They welcomed us with a few little gifts, including cookies that were unbelievably delicious. As always, the coffee was great and all the pastries were tasty. They weren’t serving breakfast or sandwiches yet, but they will be soon just like in their other locations.
