Last week, my family and I had to make the devastating decision to euthanasia our sweet girl Love. I would like to thank Dr. Michael and the rest of the team at the Marion Animal Hospital for being on our side during this difficult journey. I’m also very much grateful for the lovely and sweet card that Dr. Michael sent for us. We had definitely made the right choice coming to the Marion Animal Hospital for this journey.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience, purchasing a fluffy bundle of joy. Lucie is settling in really well. Lots of playing and purring. Considering that she's only been here for a couple of days, it appears that she's very happy in her new home. She said to thank you all for the love and care that she received here and that she looks forward to coming back for her next appointment soon. She's picked up her appetite nicely since I called which is also great to see.
All the staff were so lovely and helpful! Darcy was so lovely over the phone and gave me some great advice, they also fit me in for a last minute appointment! Would highly recommend as the staff as so compassionate and accommodating☺️
We’ve been bringing our fur babies to Marion Animal Hospital for many years now and truly cannot speak highly enough of our experiences—each and every time. Over the years, we’ve faced some really difficult moments, and the team has always been genuinely caring, dependable, highly experienced, and professional, all while maintaining a warmth and humanity that’s so essential during those tough times. I should have written this review long ago, but it was our recent heartbreaking experience that reminded me just how incredible this clinic is. We had to make the devastating decision to say goodbye to a very precious and young member of our fur family. Throughout that painful journey, the team was there for us—patiently answering every question and guiding us through each step with kindness and compassion. When we encountered unexpected setbacks with his memorials, they showed us even more care and consideration, going out of their way to support us. Then yesterday, we arrived home to find a beautifully handwritten condolence card from Dr. Caitlin and the team. It was so thoughtful, understanding, and deeply appreciated. We’re still struggling to come to terms with the loss, and this gesture brought comfort when we needed it most. Even on the rare occasion when a mistake occurred some time ago, the staff addressed it diligently and went well above and beyond to make things right—far exceeding our expectations. We honestly can’t recommend a better clinic to entrust with your beloved fur babies. Their care is unmatched. Also, for those who may find themselves with leftover medications after the loss of a pet, we learned that the clinic works with koala rescue efforts, and you can donate any unused medications—a wonderful way to give back and help others, and we will be doing so. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Caitlin and everyone who has supported us recently, as well as to all the staff over the years. Knowing we have a place like Marion Animal Hospital to turn to when our babies are in need means the world to us. Thank you 💕😽 Pics of our boy so he can be remembered forever 💙
