Filed taxes with Mark. Quick and efficient. Initial interview went very well. Had a question about a type of possible tax liability and Mark went out of his way to break out the tax code to help answer my question. His time and effort was appreciated. Only suggestion to improve service is a notification when the submitted tax forms are competed and ready for review. Basically a status update on where in the process are the tax forms.

Edit: this was our second year using Mark. We can't recommend him enough. He dealt with our absurdly complicated taxes with humor, is efficient, responds quickly to questions throughout the year, and seems highly skilled with navigating tax cuts. This year was my first year using Mark to file taxes. He was much better than the company we used last year. His pricing is fair but the best part was how secure and easy the entire process was. You can book appointments easily online, Mark takes the time to get to know your financial situation and answer our questions (there were quite a few), and the whole process was smooth and stress free.
